Michelle M. Begley
Attorney Michelle Begley has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. Her focus is on all aspects of Family Law (divorce, paternity, child support, custody, visitation, alimony, modifications, and all child-centered issues including negotiating comprehensive parenting plans that serve the best interest of the children involved). She also currently represents children in the Hampden County Family and Probate Court through the Children’s Law Project and has served as a speaker on numerous occasions on various issues surrounding Family Law, as well as authored articles on numerous issues surrounding Divorce, Custody, and Visitation. She has the patience and compassion that you will need to navigate through the stressful and complicated divorce process.
Attorney Begley also focuses her practice on Social Security Disability Law helping claimants at all stages of the process and has handled hundreds of cases over the years. She understands that you are hurting and need money for your daily expenses, medications, doctor visits and much more. She will do everything we can to get you these benefits. Attorney Begley takes great pride in winning Social Security Disability cases, because when we win, we improve not only that individual’s situation but also the situation of his or her entire family. We also take pride in developing personal connections with our clients.
Attorney Begley also serves her clients with handling residential real estate closings in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Attorney Begley is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota and a cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law. She has participated on a number of boards including the Pioneer Valley American Red Cross, the Women’s Partnership, and the STCC Foundation Press, and the Hampden County Bar Association. Attorney Begley is currently a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, and the CT Bar Association. Attorney Begley has also served as adjunct faculty member at Western New England College of Law. She has also been honored with the distinction of Boston Magazine’s Massachusetts Super Lawyer Rising Start two consecutive years.
Christine Webster
Attorney Christine E. Webster has been practicing law since 1998. She focuses her practice in Residential & Commercial real estate transactions and Estate Planning.
Attorney Webster is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law and St. Michael’s College where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. She is the former chairperson of the West Springfield Conservation Commission, former Town Meeting Member of the Town of West Springfield, Past President of Child & Family Services, Past President of Business Network International of Agawam, MA, a former member of the Board of Directors for Western New England College School of Law and of the West Springfield Kiwanis Club, and the city of Westfield Zoning Board. She is an active member of the Hampden County Bar Association, the Hampden County Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, and an Affiliate Member of the Pioneer Valley Realtors Association.
Attorney Webster is a frequent guest lecturer on home buying for several area municipal and civil organizations, including Wayfinders.
